Since working with Linda, I've been able to free up my time to concentrate on other things that are important in my business. With my billing, she is my second pair of eyes to make sure all of my client have paid me in a timely fashions. She's very knowledgeable at finding information online and preparing documentation this is both professional and conveys what I want to say to my clients. She completes tasks in a timely fashion. She makes suggestions on how to do things better for my business, but does not overstep boundaries. She just me informs on all aspects and leaves it to me to make the decision. She is wonderful and polite and available when I need her. Her integrity puts my mind at ease, and I know that my business, and my clients are safe in her hands.

Linda Melcher has been a wonderful asset to my business. She is extremely dependable in posting everything I wanted posted in a timely manner. This included current catalogs, specials, announcements, samples, badges earned and everything. Once I told her what I wanted I never had to worry. She was always on top of it without any reminders.
